Puruva, Puruva Yazilim ("Sirket", "biz") tarafindan saglanan bir interaktif kelime ezberleme ve egitim hizmetidir ("Hizmetler"). Hizmetlerimiz, mobil cihazlarda ve tabletlerde kullanilabilen uygulamalarda ("Uygulamalar") kelime setleri ve aralikli tekrar yontemiyle olusturulan ogrenme iceriklerini ve ogrenmeyi destekleyen kelime oyunlarini sunar.

Bu Gizlilik Politikasi, 6698 sayili Kisisel Verilerin Korunmasi Kanunu ("KVKK") ve ilgili mevzuat kapsaminda hangi kisisel verileri topladigimizi, bu verileri nasil kullandigimizi ve aktardigimizi ve verilerinizle ilgili haklarinizi aciklar. Hizmetlerimizi kullanarak, burada aciklanan gizlilik politikalarina uygun olarak verilerinizin islenmesine onay vermis olursunuz. Eger bu Gizlilik Politikasi ile hemfikir degilseniz, Hizmetlere erismeyiniz veya kullanmayiniz.

f. Odeme Verileri

Uygulama ici satin alimlar sirasinda, odeme islemlerinin gerceklestirilmesi ve yonetilmesi amaciyla ilgili veriler islenir. Odeme islemi dogrudan Apple App Store veya Google Play Store uzerinden gerceklestirilir; kredi karti veya banka bilgileriniz tarafimizca saklanmaz. Satin alim dogrulama bilgileri (islem kimligi, satin alim durumu, yenileme bilgileri) platform API'lari uzerinden islenir. Geri odeme taleplerinizde, satin aliminizin kullanimiyla ilgili bilgiler odeme platformuna iletilebilir.

g. Oyun Verileri

Uygulama icindeki kelime oyunlarini (ornegin Word Link) oynadiginizda asagidaki veriler islenir:

• Bolum ilerlemesi, ulasilan en yuksek bolum ve bolum tamamlama sureleri
• Oyun XP'si, gunluk XP dagilimi ve oyun serisi (streak) bilgisi
• Oyun istatistikleri (dogru cevaplar, hatali denemeler, kullanilan ipucu ve karistirma sayisi, bulunan bonus kelimeler)
• Kazanilan basarimlar
• Elmas bakiyesi ve elmas hareket gecmisi (kazanim ve harcama kayitlari)
• Izlenen odullu reklam sayisi ve gunluk odul sinirinin takibi

Bu veriler, oyunun sunucu tarafinda dogru calismasi (puanin ve odulun sunucuda hesaplanmasi), siralama tablolarinin olusturulmasi ve hile tespiti icin gereklidir. Ayrica, hangi bolumlerin oyunculari zorladigini anlamak amaciyla kisi bazli olmayan, toplulastirilmis oyun istatistikleri tutariz; bu kayitlar tek tek kullanicilarla iliskilendirilmez.

h. Reklam Verileri

Uygulamada reklam gosterimi icin Google AdMob kullanilmaktadir. Reklamlarin sunulmasi ve olculmesi amaciyla cihazinizin reklam kimligi (iOS'ta IDFA, Android'de Reklam Kimligi), yaklasik konum bilgisi (IP adresi uzerinden ulke/bolge duzeyinde) ve reklam etkilesim verileri Google tarafindan islenebilir. iOS cihazlarda, izleme icin cihaz kimliginin kullanilmasi ancak sizin acik izniniz (App Tracking Transparency) ile mumkundur; izin vermemeniz halinde size kisisellestirilmemis reklamlar gosterilir ve uygulamayi kullanmaya devam edebilirsiniz. Reklam kimliginizi cihaz ayarlarindan sifirlayabilir veya kisisellestirilmis reklamlari kapatabilirsiniz.

Hizmetlerimizi sunabilmek icin asagidaki ucuncu taraf hizmet saglayicilarini kullanmaktayiz:

Kisisel verileriniz ayrica asagidaki durumlarda ucuncu taraflarla paylasilabilir:

• Yasal gereklilikler dogrultusunda devlet kurumlari ile.
• Hizmetlerimizde degisiklik olmasi durumunda (ornegin, birlesme veya devralma).
• Kullanicinin acik rizasi olmasi halinde.

4. Yurt Disina Veri Aktarimi

Hizmetlerimizin sunumu icin kullandigimiz ucuncu taraf hizmet saglayicilari (AWS, Firebase, OpenAI) nedeniyle kisisel verileriniz Turkiye disindaki sunucularda islenebilir. Bu aktarimlar, KVKK'nin 9. maddesi kapsaminda ve gerekli guvenlik onlemleri alinarak gerceklestirilir. Ucuncu taraf saglayicilarin veri isleme politikalari kendi gizlilik politikalarinda detaylandirilmistir.

5. Verilerin Saklanmasi

Kisisel verileriniz, yasal yukumlulukler ve is gereksinimleri dogrultusunda gerekli olan sure boyunca saklanacaktir. Hesabinizi silmeniz halinde, kisisel verileriniz makul bir sure icinde sistemlerimizden kaldirilir; ancak yasal yukumlulukler geregi saklanmasi zorunlu olan veriler ilgili sure boyunca muhafaza edilir.

6. KVKK Kapsamindaki Haklariniz

6698 sayili KVKK'nin 11. maddesi kapsaminda asagidaki haklara sahipsiniz:

• Kisisel verilerinizin islenip islenmedigini ogrenme
• Kisisel verileriniz islenmisse buna iliskin bilgi talep etme
• Kisisel verilerinizin islenme amacini ve bunlarin amacina uygun kullanilip kullanilmadigini ogrenme
• Yurt icinde veya yurt disinda kisisel verilerinizin aktarildigi ucuncu kisileri bilme
• Kisisel verilerinizin eksik veya yanlis islenmis olmasi halinde bunlarin duzeltilmesini isteme
• KVKK'nin 7. maddesinde ongorulen sartlar cercevesinde kisisel verilerinizin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
• Duzeltme ve silme islemlerinin, kisisel verilerinizin aktarildigi ucuncu kisilere bildirilmesini isteme
• Islenen verilerin munhasiran otomatik sistemler vasitasiyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya cikmasina itiraz etme
• Kisisel verilerinizin kanuna aykiri olarak islenmesi sebebiyle zarara ugramaniz halinde zararin giderilmesini talep etme

7. Hesap Silme

Hesabinizi silmek istediginizde, uygulama icindeki ayarlar bolumunden veya support@puruva.com adresine e-posta gondererek talepte bulunabilirsiniz. Hesabiniz silindiginde:

• Kisisel bilgileriniz (ad, e-posta, profil bilgileri) kalici olarak silinir.
• Calisma gecmisiniz ve ogrenme verileriniz anonimlestirilir veya silinir.
• Oyun ilerlemeniz, basarimlariniz ve satin alinmis olanlar dahil tum elmas bakiyeniz silinir. Elmaslar icin iade yapilmaz.
• Satin alma makbuzlariniz, muhasebe ve mali mevzuat yukumlulukleri geregi ilgili saklama sureleri boyunca muhafaza edilir.
• Aktif premium aboneliginiz varsa, aboneliginizi ilgili uygulama magazasindan (App Store / Google Play) ayrica iptal etmeniz gerekmektedir.
• Yasal yukumlulukler geregi saklanmasi zorunlu olan veriler, ilgili sureler dolana kadar muhafaza edilir.

Oyun verilerinin ayrica silinmesi. Hesabinizi silmeden yalnizca oyun verilerinizi de silebilirsiniz: oyun icindeki "Oyunu sifirla" secenegi, bolum ilerlemenizi, oyun XP'nizi, basarimlarinizi, oyun ici hareket gecmisinizi ve satin alinmis olanlar dahil tum elmas bakiyenizi kalici olarak siler. Bu islem geri alinamaz ve elmaslar icin iade yapilmaz; detaylar Kullanici Sozlesmesi'nin 7. bolumunde yer alir. Satin alma makbuzlariniz bu islemde silinmez.

8. Cocuklarin Verileri

Puruva, 13 yasindan kucuk cocuklarin kisisel verilerini bilerek toplamaz. Eger 13 yasindan kucuk bir cocugun bize bilgi sagladigini dusunuyorsaniz, bizimle iletisime geciniz. Bu durumda ilgili verileri en kisa surede silecegiz.

9. Veri Guvenligi

Verilerinizi korumak icin asagidaki tedbirleri almaktayiz:

• Sifrelerin hash algoritmalariyla korunmasi
• HTTPS/SSL ile sifrelenmis veri iletimi
• Erisim kontrolu ve yetkilendirme mekanizmalari
• Duzenli guvenlik degerlendirmeleri

Ancak, hicbir internet aktarimi tamamen guvenli degildir. Bu nedenle, verilerinizin mutlak guvenligini garanti edemeyiz.

10. Cerezler ve Benzer Teknolojiler

Mobil uygulamamizda, hizmet kalitesini artirmak ve kullanici deneyimini iyilestirmek amaciyla cihaz uzerinde yerel depolama teknolojileri kullanilabilir. Bu teknolojiler, oturum yonetimi ve kullanici tercihlerinin saklanmasi icin kullanilmaktadir.

Puruva is an interactive vocabulary-learning and education service ("Services") provided by Puruva Yazilim ("Company", "we"). Our Services deliver word sets, spaced-repetition learning content and word games that support learning, through applications ("Apps") available on mobile phones and tablets.

This Privacy Policy explains, in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK") and related legislation, what personal data we collect, how we use and transfer such data, and your rights regarding your data. By using our Services, you consent to the processing of your data in accordance with the privacy practices described herein. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

1. Personal Data We Collect

a. Data You Provide

When you register with Puruva or use our Services, you may provide the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Username
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Country and city
• Profile photo
• Biography
• Native language and target language preferences

If you register through a social account (Google or Apple), the information obtained from those platforms (name, email, profile photo) is also subject to the privacy policies of those platforms.

b. Data Collected Automatically

The following data is collected automatically while you use our Services:

• Device information (device ID, brand, model, operating system)
• IP address
• App usage data and access times
• Device language and region settings
• Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

c. Learning and Study Data

To personalize and improve your learning experience, we collect:

• Study session durations and timestamps
• Word learning progress (correct/incorrect answers, review times)
• Daily study reports and statistics
• Streak information
• Daily goals (minutes and words)
• Hourly activity data
• Set and subset study history

d. Notification and Interaction Data

To optimize your notification experience:

• Notification preferences and quiet hour settings
• Notification interaction data (whether a notification was tapped)
• Time zone information

e. Social Interaction Data

• People you follow and your followers
• App ratings and feedback
• Reports and complaints

f. Payment Data

During in-app purchases, related data is processed to carry out and manage payment transactions. Payments are made directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; we do not store your credit-card or bank information. Purchase verification data (transaction ID, purchase state, renewal information) is processed via platform APIs. For refund requests, information about your purchase usage may be shared with the payment platform.

g. Game Data

When you play the word games within the app (for example Word Link), the following data is processed:

• Level progress, highest level reached and level completion times
• Game XP, daily XP distribution and game streak information
• Game statistics (correct answers, incorrect attempts, number of hints and shuffles used, bonus words found)
• Achievements earned
• Diamond balance and Diamond transaction history (records of amounts earned and spent)
• Number of rewarded ads watched and tracking of the daily reward limit

This data is required for the game to work correctly on the server side (scores and rewards are calculated on the server), for building leaderboards and for detecting cheating. We also keep aggregated, non-individual game statistics to understand which levels players find difficult; these records are not linked to individual users.

h. Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display ads in the app. To serve and measure ads, Google may process your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), approximate location (at country/region level, derived from the IP address) and ad interaction data. On iOS devices, using the device identifier for tracking is only possible with your explicit permission (App Tracking Transparency); if you do not grant permission, you will be shown non-personalized ads and can continue using the app. You can reset your advertising identifier or turn off personalized ads from your device settings.

2. Purposes of Data Use

The personal data we collect is used for the following purposes:

• Account creation and management
• Personalizing the learning experience and running spaced-repetition algorithms
• Sending notifications at the right time and with the right content via our smart notification system
• Generating study statistics and progress reports
• Building rankings and leaderboards
• Managing premium subscriptions and purchase transactions
• Maintaining game progress, Diamond balances and rewards correctly on the server side
• Detecting cheating and abuse in the Games
• Serving ads and measuring ad performance
• Detecting and resolving technical issues
• Improving service quality and developing new features
• Complying with legal obligations
• Providing AI-powered features

3. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing

We use the following third-party service providers to deliver our Services:

• Firebase (Google): Push notifications and authentication
• Amazon Web Services (AWS): File storage (S3) and text-to-speech (Polly)
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store: In-app purchase verification
• Google AdMob: In-app and rewarded advertising
• OpenAI: AI-powered learning features
• Mailtrap: Email delivery

Your personal data may also be shared with third parties in the following cases:

• With government authorities to comply with legal obligations.
• In the event of a change in our Services (e.g., merger or acquisition).
• With the user's explicit consent.

4. International Data Transfers

Because of the third-party service providers we use (AWS, Firebase, OpenAI), your personal data may be processed on servers outside of Turkey. Such transfers are carried out under Article 9 of the KVKK with the necessary security measures in place. The data-processing practices of third-party providers are detailed in their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Your personal data will be retained for as long as necessary in accordance with legal obligations and business requirements. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable period; however, data required to be kept under legal obligations will be retained for the relevant period.

6. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698 (KVKK), you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if your personal data has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, in Turkey or abroad
• To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK
• To request that correction and deletion be notified to third parties to whom data has been transferred
• To object to a result that arises against you solely from automated analysis of your data
• To request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your data

To exercise these rights, please contact support@puruva.com. Your request will be processed free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

7. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you can do so from the settings section of the app or by emailing support@puruva.com. When your account is deleted:

• Your personal information (name, email, profile data) is permanently deleted.
• Your study history and learning data is anonymized or deleted.
• Your game progress, achievements and entire Diamond balance, including purchased Diamonds, are deleted. No refund is provided for Diamonds.
• Your purchase receipts are retained for the applicable retention periods under accounting and financial legislation.
• If you have an active premium subscription, you must cancel it separately through the relevant app store (App Store / Google Play).
• Data that must be retained by law will be kept until the relevant period expires.

Deleting game data separately. You can delete only your game data without deleting your account: the "Reset game" option inside the game permanently deletes your level progress, game XP, achievements, in-game transaction history and your entire Diamond balance, including purchased Diamonds. This action is irreversible and no refund is provided for Diamonds; details are set out in Section 7 of the Terms of Use. Your purchase receipts are not deleted by this action.

8. Children's Data

Puruva does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, please contact us. We will delete such data as soon as possible.

9. Data Security

We take the following measures to protect your data:

• Passwords protected with hashing algorithms
• Data transmission encrypted with HTTPS/SSL
• Access control and authorization mechanisms
• Regular security assessments

However, no transmission over the internet is entirely secure. We therefore cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our mobile app may use local storage technologies on the device to improve service quality and the user experience. These technologies are used for session management and storing user preferences.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. We will post a notice in the app when significant changes are made. If you do not accept the updated policy, you may stop using the Services.
